A family committed to the evolution of consciousness on Earth was born from the courage of looking into our shadow world to embrace the possibility of Love and Creative Collaboration between big Beings and big Gremlins.

Every year, hundreds of ecovillagers and seekers from across the world come together to share, participate, discover and celebrate at the GEN-Europe's anual conference.

A co-creation between GEN Europe, La Comune di Bagnaia and the Italian Ecovillage Network (RIVE), this year the gathering took place and we celebrated the host community’s core values: “Ecovillages in the world, the world in ecovillages: peace, ecology and social justice”.

Expand The Box is one of the core trainings from Possibility Management: a safe yet transformational learning environment for upgrading traditional thinking and behaviors. Expand The Box provides the distinctions needed to participate in Possibility Lab.

During 10 days, 25 young people from very different backgrounds had the chance to experience community living and empowerment tools such as Possibility Management, Non-violent Communication, Bridgedale 360, Sociocracy 3.0, learnt regenerative cultural design skills in foreign languages to find out what kind of life they want to create for themselves and the world.

Climate Change & Consciousness: Our Legacy for the Earth was a collaborative and participatory investigation into how we can steward a sustainable future on what has already become a radically changed planet Earth.

The conference brought together eminent scientists, wisdom keepers, business people, activists, artists, entrepreneurs, young people and others, to envision and begin to inhabit our joint future.

Seven Woman-Godesses-Trainers met for four days in the care of Lisa Kuchenmeister with the intention to deepen their understanding, skills and tools of the transformational art as a Possibility Management Trainer. One of the woman during the check-out circle said: "I think I just participated in 4 days of asshole training!" The name stuck. This is a training for how to be a Conscious Asshole working for the evolution of others. YAY!
